I couldn't believe the difference of our Bow Hill view by just having a good quality window washing! Danny was quick, efficient, and professional. In addition to the very thorough cleaning service (which was very reasonable in price), he made some suggestions about things we should be concerned about in our windows, and roof. He also put up with a dog menagerie, and was non judgmental about the state of our housekeeping, I would highly recommend!

Oliver maintenance has done quite a few Jobs for me over the past few years. He is prompt and gets right to work. Danny is professional and I highly recommend him. He has done window cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, solar panel cleaning and of course moss removal/ roof cleaning.

Five stars from me too. The owner/operator is a young guy (relative to me!) and seems very knowledgeable and careful not to damage the roof during the cleaning. He uses a dilute solution of chlorox to kill the moss and other growth on the roof. Then he removes the heavy growth by hand. He provides a 5-year warranty on his work.

We were very pleased with Oliver Maintenance and have recommended the company to our friend who have also been pleased with his work. We have contracted for additional work in the future. He is very reliable and knowledgeable.
