Oliver maintenance has done quite a few Jobs for me over the past few years. He is prompt and gets right to work. Danny is professional and I highly recommend him. He has done window cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, solar panel cleaning and of course moss removal/ roof cleaning.

Five stars from me too. The owner/operator is a young guy (relative to me!) and seems very knowledgeable and careful not to damage the roof during the cleaning. He uses a dilute solution of chlorox to kill the moss and other growth on the roof. Then he removes the heavy growth by hand. He provides a 5-year warranty on his work.

Danny goes above and beyond every time he goes to work. He has helped me with my personal and rental properties along with a bunch of my clients! He does great work and I’ll continue to refer him! Thanks Danny!!!

Oliver maintenance was quick to respond and went above and beyond. I wanted a roof cleaning and moss removal and they saw issues with my gutters and repaired a couple of spots for me with no extra charge. I fully recommend them for your roof care. They offer more services also but I did not need them at this time.
